For first-time users of the Tokyo International Airport P4 Parking Lot Reservation System

This service is designed to enable advance reservation of parking spaces in Haneda Airport's P4 parking lot via the Internet.
Please familiarize yourself with the Terms of Use before using this service.
First, please register as a member. You must register as a member in order to make a reservation.

  

1. Membership reservation

To use this parking reservation service, please register your vehicle's license plate number, your name, email address, contact telephone number, password, and credit card information from the membership registration menu.
After entering your information and registering, a "Membership registration confirmation email" will be sent to your registered email address. (Registration is not complete at this time.)
Please check the contents of the email sent to you, and if the registration details are correct, confirm the completion of your membership registration on the website with a single click on the URL of the [Membership information registration confirmation page].

<Precautions when registering as a member>
・Due to provider restrictions, you may not be able to receive email.

・If you are using a carrier (mobile phone, smartphone) email, please set the domain of
  [info@haneda-P4.jp] to be able to receive email before registering.

・Even if you have registered an email address other than your carrier email address, you may not
  receive a membership registration confirmation email. In this case, please check your provider's
  contract details, email software, and security software settings.


2. Reserving a parking space

<Reservation method>
Please go to "Member login" of P4 parking lot reservation service to reserve a parking space.

(1) Member login
At the membership login menu, enter the "vehicle's license plate number and password"
that you registered as a member and log in.

(2) Select a reserved space
From the reservation menu, select the space you wish to reserve ("General parking reservation" or "Private parking reservation"), confirm the month you wish to reserve, and select the date you wish to use (enter).

(3) Enter the reservation date
Please confirm the date of entry (date of use) and select the estimated time of entry from the pull-down menu.

Next, enter the date of exit (the day you will exit the parking lot) and select the estimated time of exit from the pull-down menu. (If you want to change the date of entry, re-enter the date of entry.)

If you are a person with disabilities, etc., please enter a check mark in the box provided after reading the precautions.

Lastly, please confirm the information you have entered and press the "Send" button at the bottom of the screen. (Reservations are not closed at this time)

(4) Confirmation of reservation details
Please confirm the information you have registered and entered on the confirmation screen.
If the information is correct, please click the "Send" button. (An email confirming the reservation
will be sent to your registered email address. The reservation process is complete when you receive an email confirming completion of the reservation. Please be sure to check the information).
To modify the information, click the "Modify" button and enter the correct information.

<Precautions when making a reservation>

・Please bring the reservation confirmation email (notice of reservation completion) that was sent to
 you with you when entering the parking lot, as you may be asked to present it on the day of
 entry.

・A single reservation may not exceed 14 days.

・Reservations cannot be made for dates that overlap with reservations that have already been
 accepted.

・Reservations are limited to three per person.

・For same-day reservations, you will be able to enter the parking lot two hours after your
 reservation registration is completed.

・Even during the registration (operation) of a reservation, if the reserved space is full due to
 a reservation made by another user, the reservation cannot be completed.

・Reservations cannot be made if there is even one day during the period between entry and exit
 when the space in question is fully occupied.

・Reservations may be changed up to two times. When making three or more changes, please
 cancel your reservation and make another one.

・If you do not cancel your reservation and do not arrive up two hours after the scheduled entry
 time, your reservation will be voided and the reservation fee will not be refunded.

<Change reservation>

・If you wish to change your reservation, please make changes in the "Confirm/change reservation"
 menu.

・In the Confirm/change reservation menu, all of your current reservation information will be
 displayed, so please select the reservation you wish to change and press the "Change"button.

・Modify the part you want to change from the "Change reservation" screen, and press the
  "Change" button.

・The "Confirm change details" screen will appear, so please confirm the change details and press
 the "Change" button. A screen indicating that the reservation modification has been accepted
 will be displayed. (An email will be sent to your registered email address confirming the completion
 of the reservation change. The reservation change procedure is complete when you receive
 an email confirming the completion of the reservation change. Please be sure to check the
 information).

・Reservations may be changed up to two times. When making three or more changes, please
 cancel your reservation and make another one.

・Please be sure to make any changes to your reservation at least one day prior to the scheduled
 date of use through this system (via the Internet). Please note that changes cannot be made
 if the new scheduled entry time is within two hours of the current time.

<Cancel reservation>

A predetermined cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations of reservations.

・ to 8 days prior: No cancellation fee

・7 days to 2 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee

・1 day prior to day of use: 100% of the reservation fee

After the cancellation is approved, the amount of the cancellation fee will be refunded to the credit card company from which the credit card payment was made.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please cancel it from the "Cancel reservation" menu.
On the "Cancel reservation" screen, all currently available reservations will be displayed, so please select the reservation you wish to cancel and press the "Cancel" button.
The "Confirm reservation cancellation details" screen will be displayed, so confirm the cancellation details and press the "Cancel" button. (An email will be sent to your registered email address confirming that your reservation has been cancelled. The reservation cancellation procedure is complete when you receive an email confirming that your reservation has been cancelled. Please be sure to check the information).
Please be sure to cancel your reservation through this system (via the Internet) at least one day prior to the scheduled date of use.

<Sending reservation confirmation, change receipt, and cancellation receipt emails>

Once your reservation has been confirmed, changed, or cancelled, we will send an email to your registered email address, so please be sure to check it.
Please note that you will not be able to reply to this email.

3. Using the parking lot

When visiting the parking lot, please follow the procedure below to use the reserved area.

3.1 General parking space reservation

Please be sure to arrive at the dedicated entrance for those with reservations by the scheduled entry time.

(1) Enter through the reserved vehicle entrance and press the ticket button on the parking ticket
  issuing machine to receive a general reserved parking ticket.
  (If a parking ticket is not issued, please use the intercom to call an attendant.)
(2) Please park in the available general reserved car spaces.

3.2 Private parking space reservation

Please be sure to arrive at the dedicated entrance for those with reservations by the scheduled entry time.

(1) Please enter through the reserved vehicle entrance and use the intercom at the parking ticket
  issuing machine to call for an attendant.
(2) When you press the ticket issuing button on the parking ticket machine, a private reserved
  parking ticket will be issued, so please wait until the ticket is issued.
  (If a parking ticket is not issued, please request one over the intercom.)
(3) An attendant will direct you to an available private parking space, so please take out your private
  reserved parking ticket and enter the parking space.
(4) Please park in the private reserved parking space indicated by the attendant.
(5) Close the shutters.
(6) Once the shutters are closed, set the passcode for the key box and close the key box.
  (Please do not forget your passcode.)
(7) When the shutters are completely closed, the entry is complete.

*Reserved parking tickets will be issued from the management office even if you enter through the
 general entrance. Please be sure to park in the reserved parking space. The reservation deposit
 will not be refunded even if the user with a reserved parking ticket parks in a general parking
 space.


4. Reserved parking fee

The reservation fee will be paid by the credit card registered in the membership information at the time the reservation is made.
Please pay the parking fee at the pre-checkout fare adjustment machine or the exit fare adjustment machine when you leave

4.1 General parking reservation

・Reservation fee: 1,000 yen/reservation + Parking fee: Regular vehicle fee

Example 1. When parked for 24 hours
Reservation fee of 1,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 1,530 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 2,530 yen

Example 2. When parked for 48 hours
Reservation fee of 1,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 3,060 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 4,060 yen

Example 3. When parked for 72 hours
Reservation fee of 1,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 4,590 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 5,590 yen

Example 4. When parked for 96 hours
Reservation fee of 1,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 6,120 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 7,120 yen

*The above fees are different from the fees during busy periods.
*If you park past your reserved exit date, you will be charged an overbooking fee of 1,000 yen for
 each day beyond your reserved exit date. For persons with disabilities who have made a
 reservation,the overbooking fee will be half the amount.



4.2 Private parking space reservation
・Reservation fee: 2,000 yen/reservation + Parking fee: Double the regular vehicle fee
  (maximum 3,000 yen/day)

Example 1. When parked for 24 hours
Reservation fee of 2,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 3,000 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 5,000 yen

Example 2. When parked for 48 hours
Reservation fee of 2,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 6,000 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 8,000 yen

Example 3. When parked for 72 hours
Reservation fee of 2,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 9,000 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 11,000 yen

Example 4. When parked for 96 hours
Reservation fee of 2,000 yen is paid by credit card at the time of reservation +
Parking fee of 12,000 yen is paid at the fare adjustment machine upon exiting = Total 14,000 yen

*If you park past your reserved exit date, you will be charged an overbooking fee of 2,000 yen for
  each day beyond your reserved exit date. For persons with disabilities who have made a
  reservation, the overbooking fee will be half the amount.

 



4.3. Use by persons with disabilities, etc.
Please be sure to arrive at the dedicated entrance for those with reservations by the scheduled entry time.
Upon completion of the prescribed procedures, you will receive a 50% discount off the regular and reserved fees.

(1) Please enter through the reserved vehicle entrance gate.
(2) Please present your disability certificate or other proof of disability to the intercom with the
  camera.
(3) After confirmation by the attendant, a general reserved handicap parking ticket or a private
  reserved handicap parking ticket will be issued, so please take the general reserved handicap
  parking ticket or the private reserved handicap parking ticket and enter the parking lot.
(4) Parking procedures are the same as those for general and private parking space reservations.
(5) The parking ticket for the reserved general parking space for persons with disabilities and the
  parking ticket for the reserved private parking space for persons with disabilities are already
  discounted for persons with disabilities, and can be paid for directly at the pre-checkout fare
  adjustment machine or exit fare adjustment machine without stopping at the parking
  management office when leaving the parking lot.
