Q1.

Do I need to register as a member?

A1.

Yes, please make sure to register.

Q2.

I did not receive a confirmation email for my registration.

A2.

  • Did you register with the wrong email address?
  • Is your email being sorted into a different folder than usual, such as spam mail?
  • If you are using a carrier (mobile phone, smartphone) email, please set the domain of [info@haneda-p4.jp] to be able to receive email before registering.
  • It may take a while for emails to reach you when using free email providers such as Hotmail or Gmail.

Q3.

Is there a membership expiration date?

A3.

The expiration date is two years after the last use of this service.

Q4.

I forgot my password and secret question.

A4.

Please contact the P4 Parking Management Office. We will confirm your vehicle's license plate number and name, and we will send your membership information to your registered email address.

Q5.

I would like to withdraw my membership, but what should I do?

A5.

Select "Change membership information" from the "Home" screen, and you will find the "Cancel membership" button in the lower right corner of the current membership information screen. Please complete the membership cancellation process here.

Q6.

I own more than one vehicle. Can I register only one vehicle as a member?

A6.

Multiple registrations are allowed. Please register as a member for each vehicle license plate number you own.

Q7.

I bought a new vehicle. How do I make an additional registration?

A7.

Additional registrations are not allowed. Please "cancel" the membership registration information with the vehicle number that was previously registered, and [register a new membership] with the vehicle number that you have replaced.

Q8.

I received a temporary registration notification email for new membership registration, but when I click on the attached URL, it says, "Unable to register". What should I do?

A8.

  • The URL attached to the temporary registration notification email is valid only "within 24 hours" after the temporary registration is accepted.
    If more than 24 hours have passed, your temporary registration is invalid and you must start over with a new registration.
  • Depending on the device you are using or the settings of your email software, you may not be able to register as a member even if you click on the URL attached to the temporary registration email.
    In that case, please "copy" all the attached URLs, "paste" them into the address bar of your Internet browsing software such as Google Chrome, and press the return key.

Reservation method

Can I make reservations for parking lots other than Tokyo International Airport P4 parking lot?

This reservation service is available only for the P4 parking lot.

Is there a fee to make reservations?

A10.

Yes, the payment will be made by the credit card registered in the membership information when the reservation is made. Please refer to "For first-time users" or "Fee information" for reserved parking fees.

Can I make a reservation by telephone?

We are sorry, but we do not accept reservations via telephone.

How many days can I reserve?

Up to 14 days. You can also use the parking lot for one day only.

How many reservations can I make?

How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations will be accepted from 0:00 a.m. 30 days prior to the date of commencement of use (entry).
Reservations can only be made through the website.
Example: If you wish to use a space from August 1, reservations will be available from 0:00 a.m. on July 2.

Q15.

I have not yet determined the period of use (expected date of entry). Can I still make a reservation?

A15.

When you make a reservation, you will be asked to specify the date and time you plan to enter and exit the parking lot, so please make your reservation as soon as your schedule is clear.

Q16.

I don't know what time I will enter the parking lot as of the time I make the reservation. Do I have to enter a specific time?

A16.

Please be sure to enter the date and time you plan to enter the parking lot, otherwise you will not be able to make a reservation.
Once you know the actual time that you will be using the parking lot, please change the scheduled entry time by the day before using the "Change reservation" page.

Q17.

Can I park a rental car or vehicle from a car-sharing service?

You cannot register as a member.>br> If you will not be able to use your registered vehicle on the day of use and wish to use a rental car or vehicle from a car-sharing service, please contact the reservation staff in advance.

Q18.

Can I make reservations from a smartphone, tablet or feature phone (flip phone)?

A18.

Please note that you may not be able to make reservations from some smartphones and tablets. In addition, although it is possible to use the full browser function from a feature phone, it may not be possible depending on the model you are using. Thank you for your understanding.

Change or cancel reservation

Q19.

When must the cancellation be made?

A19.

By the day before the start (entry) date of use.

Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled reservations, so please cancel your reservation as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

     ~8 days prior: No cancellation fee
  7 days to 2 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee
  1 day prior to day of use: 100% of the reservation fee

Q20.

My travel dates have changed. I do not know how to change my reservation.

A20.

After logging in to the service, select "Confirm/change reservation" on the top page to make changes to your reservation.
You may change your reservation up to one day prior to the start (entry) date of your visit.

Q21.

The dates of my separate business trips have been scheduled consecutively. Can I make two consecutive appointments?

A21.

Reservations cannot be combined into a single reservation, even if the addition of a reservation results in two consecutive reservations. Instead of adding a reservation, please change and extend a reservation that has already been made.
Please note that a reservation fee will be charged for each additional reservation.
In addition, you may not use the parking lot (park) consecutively while the reservations are separated.
Example: If your reservation is for August 1 through August 3 and you wish to park from August 4 through August 6 consecutively, please go to the "Confirm/change reservation" page by July 31 to change your reservation for August 1 through August 3 to August 6. (However, this is only permitted if there is a vacant parking space on all days from August 4 to August 6)

Q22.

My travel dates have changed during the reservation period. What should I do?

Reservations cannot be changed during the reservation period (usage).

How to use the parking lot

Q23.

Where is the parking lot entrance for reserved vehicles?

A23.

It is different from the entrance of the general vehicle entry gate. Please check the entry route guide for this service.

Q24.

The vehicle with the reserved license plate number was not available on the day of use. Can I use the reserved area on the same day with another vehicle?

A24.

At the reserved vehicle entry gate, please state your name and vehicle license plate number of the reserved vehicle. Upon confirmation, we will issue a reserved parking ticket.

Q25.

I arrived at the parking lot with a reservation, but there were plenty of spaces available outside of the reserved area. Can I enter through the general vehicle entry gate and park in the general area?

A25.

Please be sure to park in the reserved area.
Please note that even if you enter through the general entrance and park outside the reserved area, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Q26.

I arrived at the parking lot earlier than the start time on the day of use. Can I enter through the dedicated entrance for those with reservations?

A26.

If it is on a scheduled entry day (after midnight), you may enter as a reserved vehicle even before the scheduled entry time.

Are parking fees and reservation fees withdrawn separately?

With the introduction of the pre-payment system for reservation fees, we ask that you pay the reservation fee by credit card when you make your reservation.
Parking fees are to be paid in cash or by credit card upon exiting the parking lot. Note that even if you paid the parking fee with the same credit card that you used to pay the reservation fee, the statement of charges will be different.

Disabled persons

Is there any discount for disabled persons?

If a passenger with a physical disability certificate is on board and presents it, a 50% discount will be given for both the reservation fee, parking fee and overbooking fee.

Q29.

Can I reserve a space for people with disabilities?

A29.

During normal times, there is are no spaces for persons with disabilities on the reservation-only floor. In addition, while parking spaces for people with disabilities are available when the reserved floor is expanded during busy periods, we do not accept reservations specifying parking spaces for people with disabilities.
