Terms of Use



Chapter 1. General Provisions

(Purpose)
Article 1

The purpose of these terms of use is to set forth the necessary matters regarding
the use of the parking lot reservation service provided by Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
2.The parking lot reservation service refers to a service
(hereinafter referred to as the “Service”)that allows users to reserve in advance the
use of designated parking spaces in Haneda Airport's P4 parking lot managed by
the Administrator via the Internet.

(Approval of Terms of Use)
Article 2

Users of the parking lot reservation service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”)
shall agree to the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”)
of the Haneda Airport P4 Parking Lot Reservation Service as stipulated by
the Administrator before using the Service.
2.Users shall accept the Terms of Use and register as a member in advance when using
the service.

(Type of Reservations)
Article 3

The parking spaces that can be reserved are general reserved parking spaces and private
reserved parking spaces.

(Revision of Terms of Use)
Article 4

The Administrator reserves the right to revise these Terms and Use without prior notice.
Revisions to these Terms of Use shall become effective when the revised Terms of Use are
posted on the "Tokyo International Airport P4 Parking Lot Reservation Service" website.

(Application of Tokyo International Airport P4 Parking Lot Management
Regulations)
Article 5

In using this Service, the Tokyo International Airport P4 Parking Lot Management
Regulations shall apply to all matters not stipulated in these Terms of Use.


Chapter 2. Use

(Vehicles Available for Reservation)
Article 6

Vehicles that can use this Service shall be ordinary vehicles. However, use is not permitted
for vehicles that fall under the following.

(1) Vehicles exceeding 2.1 meters in width, 5.4 meters in length, and 2.3 meters
 in height (including loads and attachments).
 The general reserved parking space shall be 2.5 meters in width, 5.7 meters
 in length,and 2.3 meters high.
 The private reserved parking space shall be 2.5 meters in width, 5.5 meters
 in length,and 2.3 meters high.
 However, parking may not be permitted depending on the wheelbase of the customer's.
 ehicle.
(2) Vehicles loaded with hazardous or non-hazardous materials.
(3) Other vehicles that are deemed to be a hindrance to the management of the multi-story
 parking facility.
(4) Other vehicles that are not permitted to use this Service by the Administrator.
2.Users who declare at the time of reservation that they are using a vehicle for the
 disabled, etc., must be in possession of a disability certificate (physical disability
 certificate, rehabilitation certificate, health and welfare certificate for the mentally
 disabled, war wounded and sick certificate, atomic bomb victim's health certificate,
 certificate of recipient of medical care for specified diseases, certificate of recipient
 of specified medical expenses (designated intractable diseases), certificate of recipient
 of medical care for pediatric chronic specified diseases) or its equivalent at the time
 of reservation, and must be able to present said certificate upon request of a staff
 member at the time of entry to the vehicle.


(Membership Reservation)
Article 7

Users shall become eligible to use the service by registering as a member.
When registering as a member, the User must register the vehicle number owned or
used by the User and other items designated by the Administrator.
2.Vehicles that can use Haneda Airport P4 parking lot through this service are limited to
 vehicles that hold the vehicle number registered by the user at the time of member
 registration.
3.Upon registering as a member, you must agree to receive this service in accordance with
 these Terms and Use and the Haneda Airport P4 Parking Lot Management Regulations.


(Management of Vehicle Numbers and Passwords)
Article 8

Members shall be responsible for managing their registered vehicle number, email address,
password, etc.
2.Users shall not divulge, lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of their membership
 registration information to any third party.
3.Users shall be responsible for any damage caused by inadequate management
 of passwords, etc., errors in use, or use by a third party, and the Administrator shall
 not be liable for any such damage.
4.In the event that a User's password is found to be stolen or used by a third party,
 the User shall immediately notify the Administrator to that effect and comply with the
 Administrator's instructions, if any.


(Membership Cancellation)
Article 9

If a User wishes to withdraw from the Service, they may do so on their own through
the registration cancellation procedure.
2.If a User has not used the Service for two years since the last use of the Service,
 the User shall lose their membership.


(Reserving a Parking Space)
Article 10

Users shall use this Service when they are sure that they will be using the Tokyo
International Airport P4 parking lot.
2.Reservations shall be accepted within 30 days of the reservation application date.
 For same-day reservations, entry will be available two hours after the reservation
 procedure is completed.
3.The reservation period shall be at least one day but no more than 14 days from the start
 date of use to the end date of use.
 If there is no space available during the specified period, or if the specified period is
 contiguous or overlaps with an already reserved period, the space cannot be reserved.
4.Users may make up to three reservations.
5.In the event of any change or cancellation of the reservation, the User shall make the
 change or cancellation at least one day prior to the first day of use.
 Cancellation or change of the reservation on the day of use is not allowed.
 However, in case of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, the User shall call
 the Administrator.
6.After the reservation procedure is completed, the Administrator shall notify the User of
 the completion of the reservation to the email address registered by the User.
7.Reservations may be changed up to two times, and may not be changed a third time,
 in which case the reservation shall be cancelled and a new reservation shall be made.
8.Only members who agree to the following items may reserve a parking space.
 (1) A reservation shall be cancelled if entry is not confirmed two hours after the reserved
   scheduled entry time.
 (2) If a vehicle is parked beyond the reserved exit date, the User shall be responsible for
   the overbooking fee.


(Change of Membership Information)
Article 11

If there is any change in the registered membership information, the User must promptly
 complete the change procedure.
The vehicle number registered in the membership information cannot be changed.
 In such a case, the member must cancel the membership and register again.
2.The Administrator shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the User or a third party
 as a result of the User's failure or performance of the process described in the
 preceding paragraph.


(How to use the Parking Lot)
Article 12

The User shall use the reserved parking space according to the following procedures
or as instructed by the attendant.
1.General parking reservation
 (1) Be sure to come to the reserved vehicle entrance by the scheduled entry date and
   time you reserved.
 (2) Enter through the reserved vehicle entrance and receive a general reserved parking
   ticket at the entrance gate.
 (3) Park in an available general reserved parking space.
 (4) Parking fees must be paid at the pre-checkout fare adjustment machine or exit checkout
   fare adjustment machine upon exiting.
 (5) Be sure to exit by the reserved exit date. In the event that you park beyond the
    reserved exit date, you shall be responsible for an overbooked fee equivalent to the
    reserved fee for each day beyond the reserved exit date.
2.Private parking space reservation
 (1) Be sure to come to the reserved vehicle entrance by the scheduled entry date
   and time you reserved.
 (2) Enter through the reserved vehicle entrance and use the intercom installed at the
   entrance gate to call for an attendant.
 (3) Receive a private parking space reservation parking ticket.
 (4) Follow the guidance of the attendant to the private parking space.
 (5) Follow the instructions of the attendant to enter with the vehicle.
 (6) Make sure to shut the shutters after confirming that everyone has exited the private
   parking space.
 (7) Set a passcode and close the key box to prevent it from being opened.
 (8) Move only after confirming that the shutters are completely closed.
 (9) Parking fees must be paid at the pre-checkout fare adjustment machine or exit checkout
   fare adjustment machine upon exiting.
 (10) Be sure to exit by the reserved exit date. In the event that you park beyond the
   reserved exit date, you shall be responsible for an overbooked fee equivalent to the
   reserved fee for each day beyond the reserved exit date.
3.Use by persons with disabilities, etc.
 For use by persons with disabilities, etc., the following procedures shall be followed
 in addition to the methods specified in the preceding paragraph.
 (1) Be sure to come to the reserved vehicle entrance by the scheduled entry date and time
   you reserved.
 (2) At the entrance gate, follow the instructions of the staff and present your disability
   certificate.
 (3) Upon confirmation by the attendant, a reserved parking ticket for persons with
   disabilities or a reserved parking ticket for a private parking space for persons with
  disabilities shall be issued.
 (4) Parking fees must be paid at the pre-checkout fare adjustment machine or exit checkout
   fare adjustment machine upon exiting.
 (5) Be sure to exit by the reserved exit date. In the event that you park beyond the
   reserved exit date, you shall be responsible for an overbooked fee equivalent to the
   reserved fee for each day beyond the reserved exit date.


Chapter 3. Parking Fees

(Fees)
Article 13

Members using this service shall bear a reservation fee of 2,000 yen per reservation for a
reserved private parking space, and 1,000 yen per reservation for a general parking space.
In the event that you park beyond the reserved exit date, an overbooking fee equivalent to
the reservation fee shall be added to the exit for each day beyond the reserved exit date.
The reservation fee shall be paid by the credit card registered at the time the reservation
is made, and the parking fee and overbooking fee shall be paid upon entry.

【Parking fees for reserved private parking spaces】
(When a reservation is made) Reservation fee: Payment of 2,000 yen by credit card
(Payment at the time of exit) Parking fee: Double the regular vehicle fee

【Overbooking fee for reserved private parking space】
(Reservation fee) 2,000 yen x The number of overbooked days shall be added to the parking fee
for the "Payment at the time of exit" above.

【Parking fees for reserved general parking space】
(When a reservation is made) Reservation fee: Payment of 1,000 yen by credit card
(Payment at the time of exit) Parking fee: Regular vehicle fee

【Overbooking fee for reserved general parking space】
(Reservation fee) 1,000 yen x The number of overbooked days shall be added to the parking fee
for the "Payment at the time of exit" above.

In addition, for use by persons with disabilities, etc., a 50% discount on reservation fees and
parking fees shall be given according to the procedures stipulated in the preceding article,
and the reservation fee shall be refunded by credit card and the parking fee and excess
reservation fee shall be settled by a reduction process using a fare adjustment machine.

When cancelling a reservation, the following cancellation fees shall be borne by the user.

Reservation date to 8 days prior: Free (100% refund)
7 days to 2 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee (50% refund)
1 day prior to day of use: 100% of the reservation fee (full amount forfeited)

After the cancellation is approved, the amount of the cancellation fee will be refunded to the
credit card company from which the credit card payment was made.
There shall be no exceptions to the cancellation fee, and this paragraph shall apply to
reservations made from 7 days prior to the reservation date to the day of the reservation.


Chapter 4. Suspension of Use and Provision

(Suspension of service to members)
Article 14

The administrator may suspend a user's use of the service without prior notice and
recommendation for any of the following reasons.
(1) If the user violates these Terms of Use.
(2) If the user reports false registration information to the administrator.
(3) In the event that the administrator otherwise deems the user to be unsuitable as a user
  of the service.


(Temporary suspension of service provision)
Article 15

The Administrator may suspend the operation of the Service in any of the following cases,
and shall notify Users of such suspension in advance via the Service's homepage, etc.
However, in unavoidable circumstances, notification may be omitted.
The Administrator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or any third party,
regardless of the reason.
(1) When performing system maintenance or construction work on a regular or emergency basis.
(2) In the event of an unavoidable system failure.
(3) In the event of earthquake, fire, power failure, flood, tsunami, eruption, riot,
disturbance, war, or other emergencies that prevent the provision of the Service as usual.
(4) In other cases where the Administrator deems it unavoidable.


(Discontinuation of Provision of Service)
Article 16

The Administrator may discontinue all or part of the Service when necessary.
2. When the Administrator discontinues provision of the Service in accordance with the terms of
 the preceding paragraph, the Administrator shall notify the Users in advance via the Service's
homepage, etc. However, this shall not apply in unavoidable cases.
3. The Administrator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or any third party
 as a result of the discontinuation of the provision of the Service.



In operating this Service, the Administrator shall handle Users' personal information in
accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (as defined in Article 2,
Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; hereinafter referred to
as "Personal Information") and other related laws and regulations.


Chapter 5. Disclaimer and Transfer of Vehicles

(Disclaimer)
Article 18

The Administrator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to loss of
 information registered by the User as a result of equipment malfunction or other causes.
2. The Administrator shall not be liable for any damage caused by the User's failure to
 confirm the registration information, etc.
3. The responsibility of the Administrator shall be limited to operating the Service with
 the care of a good manager so that the User can use the Service without hindrance.
 The Administrator shall not be liable for any damages
 (including damages resulting from problems with others) to the User or any third party
 arising out of the use of the Service or inability to use all or part of the Service,
 except as otherwise specifically provided in these Terms of Use.


(Transfer of Vehicles)
Article 19

The Administrator may transfer a User from a reserved space if the User continues to occupy
the reserved space beyond the reservation period.
Expenses incurred in such cases may be charged to the User.
This does not apply in cases where the Administrator has been notified and approved in advance.


Chapter 6. Other

(Copyrights)
Article 20

The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of each information regarding the
Service provided by the Administrator shall belong to the Administrator.


(Jurisdiction)
Article 21

In the event that a problem arises between the User and the Administrator in relation to
the Service, both parties concerned shall consult with each other in good faith.
2. Any litigation between the User and the Administrator shall be brought to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.


(Matters not Stipulated in these Regulations)
Article 22

Matters not provided for in these Regulations shall be subject to the Airport Management
Regulations, Parking Lot Management Regulations, and related laws and regulations.

Supplementary Provisions

These Regulations shall come into effect as of October 21, 2010.
